  i just want to say that i went to this location on 10/24/13 and went through the drive through around 4ish and my daughter did not know what she wanted and had never tried the pumpkin spice coolatta. the girls at the drive through had no problem giving her quite a sample taste and letting her figure out if she liked it then were extra special making her up a small one for her to have as she said she really liked it. the girls were very gracious and helpful and treated my daughter with respect and not like a child who was wasting their time. i h ave to say that the staff there is the best staff i have dealt with in a long time. keep up the good work guys its nice to see smiling faces that treat customers this way not many places do anymore.

  Out of all the dunkin donuts in Rochester, this is my favorite. The staff is very friendly. Especially Jayme and Paige, they always remember what I like and suggest new flavors of coffee and menu items.
